Lafttah operates as a direct brand marketplace, offering nonwoven mats manufactured and distributed exclusively by Lafttah. No third-party vendors are involved. Lafttah is powered by MastPlast

2. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or purchasing from Lafttah, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the website or place orders.

3. Product Information and Use
– Products are nonwoven mats.
– They are not tear-proof or puncture-proof.
– Colors may vary due to display differences.

4. Orders and Payments
– Orders must be placed through Lafttah’s official channels.
– Prices are in Egyptian Pounds (EGP).
– Lafttah reserves the right to cancel orders due to unavailability or errors.

5. Shipping and Delivery
– Delivery across Egypt via approved partners.
– Delivery time depends on location and stock.
– Lafttah is not responsible for courier delays or incorrect address information. 
– Delivery lead time 2-5 working days

6. Return and Exchange Policy
– No returns or exchanges allowed once the product is delivered.
– Any defect or wrong item must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
– Claims after this period are not accepted.

7. Product Liability Disclaimer
Lafttah products are not tear-proof. The company is not liable for misuse, damage, or wear beyond normal use.
